Important Notice Regarding USCIS Receipt Numbers:

USCIS receipt numbers are considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We use your receipt numbers solely to query the USCIS Torch API to retrieve and display your case status information. Receipt numbers are stored securely in our database for a minimum of 7 years after the conclusion of your case, or while your account remains active, to maintain service continuity and comply with legal retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmigrAmerica Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmigrAmerica Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
